The only detail I question is the reference number that the auction house believes it corresponds with. It's listed as a link "Ref. 2413" as a result link of a faint inscription on its caseback. Omega collectors will know that the link Ref. 2413 is in fact a time-only watch powered by the ultra-thin Cal. 360. My guess is this number on the caseback is for internal records purposes in reference to the project.
For those of you who have forgotten in the last four years (or link maybe are new to watches), unlike a more simple calendar that link gets confused by things like the month of February – let link alone leap years – a perpetual calendar (mostly) understands all this for you, though most have to be reset every 100 years.
This example of the current-generation no-date Submariner is really the bee's knees. The standard-issue of luxury dive watches, the Submariner both dresses up and link can go completely casual. It might be cliché to say it at link this point, but it link really makes for the ultimate satisfying one-watch collection. Take a closer look at the new 41mm Submariner Ref. 124060 in the HODINKEE Shop.
Then there's the Nautilus. Or what used to be the Nautilus, which has now been dethroned. You know the one. The Tiffany-dialed, Tiffany-signed 5711A "goodbye" to the reference (that link turned out not to be the last hurrah after all) that Zach Lu rolled link out of link bed to buy at Phillips for $6.2 million.
