Quoting lesson part 3. This time, we’ll learn to quote commands in Korean. Commands include the forms: 으세요, 지 마세요, and 아/어 주세요. There are 4 different forms to be aware of. (으)라고, 지 말라고, 아/어 달라고, and 아/어 주라고. Practice is also included.

In today’s lesson, we’ll learn the basic quoting forms for verbs, adjectives, and nouns and their respective tenses. Making indirect quotes in Korean can be a bit confusing, but only because there are different forms for everything.
