Intermediate Korean Dialogue| Flirting at the club

In this lesson I have another short story for you. I love using short stories to learn new words.
The story below shows how slang words are used in casual situations. In this story specifically the 2 protagonists are flirting with each other.
SCENE:
2 people meet in a club and get closer.
시끄러운 음악 속에서 지훈은 바에 기대 서 있다가 옆에 있는 여자를 힐끗 봤다.
여자는 핸드폰을 보다가 눈이 마주치자 살짝 웃었다.
지훈: 혼자 왔어요?
수아:아니요, 친구들이랑 왔는데… 다 놀러 갔어요.
지훈:아, 버려졌네.
수아:그러는 쪽은요? 헌팅 중이에요?
지훈이 웃으면서 고개를 저었다.
지훈: 헌팅은 아니고… 그냥 번호 하나 따면 성공이죠.
수아:자신감 있네.
바텐더가 술을 내려놓자 지훈이 잔을 하나 밀었다.
지훈: 이거 서비스.
수아:모르는 사람이 주는 거 막 마셔도 되나?
지훈이 장난스럽게 말했다.
지훈: 제가 그렇게 위험해 보여요?
수아:음… 조금?
둘은 웃으면서 잔을 부딪쳤다.
잠시 후, 음악이 더 커지고 사람들이 몰려들었다.
수아가 지훈 쪽으로 몸을 가까이 기울였다.
수아: 여기 너무 시끄러워요.
지훈:그럼 나갈래요?
수아:벌써요?
지훈이 어깨를 으쓱했다.
지훈: 아까 친구들 버리고 갔다면서요.
수아:음… 맞긴 한데.
잠깐 망설이던 수아가 웃으면서 말했다.
수아: 대신 커피 말고 다른 거예요.
지훈:오, 기대해도 되나?
수아가 고개를 살짝 기울였다.
수아: 글쎄요. 오빠 하기 나름이죠.
지훈이 계산을 하고 돌아오자 수아는 이미 가방을 들고 있었다.
지훈: 준비 빠르네.
수아:늦으면 마음 바뀔 수도 있잖아요.
둘은 같이 클럽 문을 나섰다.
차가운 공기가 들어오자 수아가 지훈 쪽으로 더 가까이 붙었다.
지훈: 추워요?
수아:조금요.
지훈이 웃으면서 말했다.
지훈: 그럼 빨리 들어가야겠네.
수아가 아무 말 없이 웃었다.
둘은 나란히 걸어가다가 골목 쪽으로 사라졌다.

서비스 - konglish for ‘service’. means something is done as a service or on the house
수아: 모르는 사람이 주는 거 막 마셔도 되나?
지훈이 장난스럽게 말했다.
지훈: 제가 그렇게 위험해 보여요?

모르는 사람 - strangers, people one doesn’t know
막 - just
아/어도 되다 - may i..?, can i..? (asking permission)

수아: 음… 조금?
둘은 웃으면서 잔을 부딪쳤다.
잠시 후, 음악이 더 커지고 사람들이 몰려들었다.

커지다 - get bigger (or get louder in this case)

다면서요? - is it true that..? (confirm something you heard)
수아:음… 맞긴 한데.

A 쪽으로 더 가까이 붙다 - natural expression: “move closer toward (someone)”

지훈이 웃으면서 말했다.

수아가 아무 말 없이 웃었다.
둘은 나란히 걸어가다가 골목 쪽으로 사라졌다.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION:
Amid the loud music, Jihoon leaned against the bar and glanced at the woman next to him.
The woman was looking at her phone, but when their eyes met, she gave a small smile.
Jihoon: Are you here alone?
Sua: No, I came with friends… but they all wandered off.
Jihoon: Ah, so you got abandoned.
Sua: What about you? Are you here hunting?
Jihoon laughed and shook his head.
Jihoon: Not exactly hunting… but if I get one phone number, that’s a success.
Sua: Confident, huh.
When the bartender set down the drinks, Jihoon slid one glass toward her.
Jihoon: This one’s on me.
Sua: Is it okay to just drink something a stranger gives me?
Jihoon said playfully.
Jihoon: Do I look that dangerous?
Sua: Hmm… a little?
They laughed and clinked their glasses together.
After a moment, the music got louder and more people crowded in.
Sua leaned closer toward Jihoon.
Sua: It’s too loud in here.
Jihoon: Then want to leave?
Sua: Already?
Jihoon shrugged.
Jihoon: You said your friends ditched you earlier.
Sua: Hmm… that’s true.
After hesitating for a moment, Sua smiled.
Sua: But not coffee. Something else.
Jihoon: Oh, should I be looking forward to that?
Sua tilted her head slightly.
Sua: I don’t know. It depends on how you do, oppa.
When Jihoon came back after paying the bill,
Sua was already holding her bag.
Jihoon: You’re quick.
Sua: If we’re late, I might change my mind.
The two of them left the club together.
When the cold air hit them outside, Sua moved a little closer to Jihoon.
Jihoon: Are you cold?
Sua: A little.
Jihoon smiled.
Jihoon: Then we’d better get inside somewhere quickly.
Sua just smiled without saying anything.
They walked side by side and disappeared into an alley.
