하루
하루 is 24 hours/a day.
It’s used to talk about the duration of one day only. If you wanted to say 2, 3, 4, etc. days as in 48, 72, 96, etc. hours, you would say 이틀, 사흘, 나흘, etc. This uses pure/native Korean numbers.
Example sentences:
오늘 하루 어땠어요? - how was today?
We can't say 두 하루, 세 하루... It would be like saying two one day, three one day. Instead, there are different words that must be use$ it goes like: 하루, 이틀, 사흘, 나흘, 닷세, 엿세, 이레, 여드레, 나흐레, 열흘, 열하루, etc.

일
일 as a word is a quantifier so we use it to say what day of the month it is. It's never used alone, if we want to say "day". This uses sino Korean numbers.

십오일 = 15 days or 15th day of a month
날
날 is a noun that you'd use to describe a day or a specific/special kind of day. This uses pure/native Korean numbers.
Example sentences:
생일날 - birthday
추운 날 - cold day
쉬는날 - day off; rest day
